This module unlocks after you complete Module 2 — specifically after you draw your Shadow Map. You can't learn to pull the brake until you know what's triggering the car.
Why the order matters: Module 2 gave you the map of your triggers. Module 3 gives you the brake. Without the map, you won't know when to use it.
